This includes outdoor unit cleaning, heating and ac electrical inspection, heating and ac electrical connections testing and tightening, cleaning electrical cabinets, duct inspections, duct sizing inspections, airflow inspections, attic inspections, thermostat configuration, refrigerant pressure testing, indoor unit inspections, indoor fan inspection, drain line cleaning, removing debris from outdoor unit, air filtration inspection, ventilation inspection, air quality inspection.

Member benefits are: priority front of the line service, 25% discount for all repairs, free diagnostic with repairs, 10% discount for system replacement.


*$15 for the 2nd unit and $10 each additional unit.

The following is included in an Air Conditioning Inspection / Maintenance Service:

  • Check of cooling and heating system for any necessary repairs
  • Checking of all components for wear and tear, including belts, fans, blowers and motors
  • Cleaning and lubrication of moving parts to prevent build up of dust and dirt
  • Examining control systems like thermostats for accuracy and consistency
  • Adjustment of refrigerant charge pressure for maximum performance
  • Checks for proper drainage path from the condensation line
  • Testing and calibration of safety controls such as high temperature limit switches.
